We our dedicated to making you feel at home in the jungle and providing a unique and unforgettable experience. If you’re looking for a daily housekeeping service, guilt free water waste or just a place to sleep and store your 6 large rolling suitcases we highly suggest looking for a regular hotel 🙂

Eleuthera has 3 airports We are located on Queens Highway about 15 minutes from Governors Harbour airport and about 30 minutes from North Elethera airport.

We offer the shuttle service between the airport and Eden Place at a cost of $ 50.u.s. and the same for the return to the airport. (whether you are 1, 2, 3 people the price is $ 50 for the trip)

If you are taking our shuttle service, please let us know in advance and let us know your arrival day, landing time and your airline.

Provide that the fee of $ 50 is payable on arrival in cash directly to our driver.

**Please note: This is a remote island with LIMITED resources.

In our simple shack

you will find the necessary to spend a pleasant stay….stove refrigerator, the basic kitchen necessities should you decide to cook for yourself.and indoor toilet and shower, B,B,Q, grill .Deck, outdoor beach shower, surfer board, google ,tuba , palms ,beach shoes, wetsuit beach chairs, ect. We have a comfortable queen size mattress, we provide bedding, and also towels for shower. All rooms are cooled by fans.

the cabin has hammocks to assist with your relaxing.

Check out is at eleven am and you may check in anytime, however, rooms may not be ready until 2pm which is official check in.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CLEANING FEE OF $ 60 IS DUE ON ARRIVAL FOR MY EXCELLENT MANAGER (I HAVE REMOVED IT FROM THE PRICING SO SHE CAN BE PAID ON ISLAND ,Advertised cleaning fee is per stay.)

Cancellation Policies…..

We are a small operation so cancellations affect us greatly.

We require a 50% deposit through Paypal to reserve your room. The balance is due in cash upon arrival. If taking advantage of our special COVID SUCKS rates, you agree to the policy that the deposit is non refundable. We will require the balance 2 weeks before arrival. If covid causes the borders to close for dates during your stay or your flight is cancelled, we will be happy to transfer your dates and apply the deposit.

If booking less than 30 days before arrival, we require full pre-payment and it is non-refundable.

Reservations made during the Christmas/New Year Holiday require 100% payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable and non transferrable.

You are not confirmed until payment is received.. Eleuthera is a cash island and we rely on cash to run our business here in , to purchase produce & food, pay the local and our workers. Therefore, we cannot take paypal for the balance or for any tabs while you are here. We cannot take full prepayment as we require the balance in cash on site. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS

Cancellations made 60 days before arrival will receive a refund minus a 25% transaction fee. If you cancel 31-59 days before your reservation, we will refund 50% of your deposit minus paypal fees. If you cancel 30 days or less before your reservation, your deposit is not refundable. Changes in itinerary (i.e. Less days than originally booked) are treated as cancellations and reflect the same policies as above.

Cancellations made after the 30 day window will forgo their deposit/full payment as it may be harder for us to fill the room. No refunds are offered for early departures.

Please note, if you are making changes/amendments to your dates less than 30 days before arrival, you are still responsible for the full payment of your original committed dates, as it becomes harder for us to re-book the room on late notice.

We are not responsible for the weather, flight delays, acts of nature or mistakes you may have made with your reserved dates/itinerary or flight schedules during your trip. Thank you for understanding! Please book your flights or know the flight schedules BEFORE you book your dates.
