The property is connected to city water, but for those days when the city water may go out, we'll always have a full water tank on reserve for our guests.

Eleuthera has 3 airports We are located on Queens Highway about 15 minutes from Governors Harbour airport and about 30 minutes from North Elethera airport.

We offer the shuttle service between the airport and Eden Place at a cost of $ 70.u.s. and the same for the return to the airport. (whether you are 1, 2, 3 people the price is $ 70 for the trip)

If you are taking our shuttle service, please let us know in advance and let us know your arrival day, landing time and your airline.

Provide that the fee of $ 70 is payable on arrival in cash directly to our driver.

**Please note: This is a remote island with LIMITED resources.

All rooms have a 3 night minimum.

LOST ITEMS

Items left after departure are not the responsibility of the Homeowner. The Owner or their representatives will attempt to retrieve the reported items. If found, you will have the financial responsibility of these items being.

LINENS AND SUPPLIES

One (1) set of bed linen per bed is provided for your stay, along with one set of bath towels, wash cloths, and hand towels per guest. A minimal supply of toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels are also provided along with a basic start up supply of bath soaps, and dish soap. Bed Linen, bath towels, and start up toiletries are not replenished during your stay. For additional information on quantities please refer to our FAQ

COOKING

AUTHENTIC BAHAMIAN DINNER PREPARED AND SERVED AT YOUR BEACH HOUSE BY Dino Dino will bring dinner with all the trimmings for a lovely meal right at the house. Lobster (August to April only), fresh seafood, bbq ribs/chicken, cooked on the grill, anything you would like. He catches the fish and prepares it for you. It is a cultural education as well with the history of their food preparation. Let them know any special food requests or allergies! Good to book early in your stay as there will be leftovers! You arrange with him directly ahead of time to schedule.

Check out is at 11:00 am and you may check in anytime, however, rooms may not be ready until 3:00pm which is official check in.

Please note; that the cleaning fee of $60,00 is due on arrival for my excellent manager, so she can be paid on the island.

Advertised ; cleaning fee is per stay.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

We are a small operation so cancellations affect us greatly.
We require a 50% deposit through Paypal to reserve your room. The balance is due in cash upon arrival.

We cannot take full prepayment as we require the balance in cash on site.
Eleuthera is a cash island and we rely on cash to run our business here in to purchase produce & food, pay the local and our workers.
If taking advantage of our special COVID SUCKS rates, you agree to the policy that the deposit is non refundable.
If covid causes the borders to close for dates during your stay or your flight is cancelled, we will be happy to transfer your dates and apply the deposit.

If booking less than 30 days before arrival, we require full pre-payment and it is non-refundable.

Reservations made during the Christmas/New Year Holiday require 100% payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable and non transferable.

You are not confirmed until payment is received..
Cancellations made 60 days before arrival will receive a refund minus a 25% transaction fee.
If you cancel 31-59 days before your reservation, we will refund 50% of your deposit minus paypal fees.

If you cancel 30 days or less before your reservation, your deposit is not refundable.

Cancellations made after the 30 day window will forgo their deposit/full payment as it may be harder for us to fill the room.
No refunds are offered for early departures.

Changes in itinerary (i.e. Less days than originally booked) are treated as cancellations and reflect the same policies as above.
Please note; if you are making changes/amendments to your dates less than 30 days before arrival, you are still responsible for the full payment of your original committed dates, as it becomes harder for us to re-book the room on late notice.
We are not responsible; for the weather, flight delays, acts of nature or mistakes you may have made with your reserved dates/itinerary or flight schedules during your trip.

Please book your flights or know the flight schedules before you book your dates.

We do not accept pets on the property.
